Protein Mocha Smoothie

This is sort of a half way between a smoothie and an iced coffee which is great because then you can regard it as either a chocolate treat or a ‘healthy’ protein smoothie, options people, options.

1 Cup milk (nut or dairy)
1 Cup ice
2 Teaspoons of organic cacao powder
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Teaspoon instant coffee
2 Tablespoons of protein powder

Boil the kettle and make a shot of coffee.
Mix it all together in whatever order you like and blend until smooth, enjoy cold.
