This fresh and minty peppermint melon green smoothie recipe is super easy and is a good green smoothie to add to your breakfast options. 

Peppermint Melon Green Smoothie Ingredients – Serves 1

1/2 melon, cut into chunks
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of water
juice of 1/3 lime
3 sprigs of mint

Peppermint Melon Green Smoothie – Method

Put the spinach into the blender first, followed by the mint, melon and lime juice.
Blitz until well blended.
Enjoy immediately.
