I started because I found that for me personally, cutting refined sugar from my diet was an effective way to manage my chronic pain condition. This is also the reason why I have started studying naturopathic nutrition at CNM. Meaning that in the future I will be a registered health practitioner but for now, I am still studying the subject and not (yet!) an expert in my field.

My goal here, aside from sharing delicious and Instagram worth recipes, is to share my experience with you all. If you have think that you might also be suffering from fibromyalgia, make an appointment with your doctor to get a professional opinion.

If you take medication for fibromyalgia or any other condition for that matter, always consult your doctor/health care practitioner before going off of your medication or making drastic changes to your diet.
